Returns & Refunds policy
At WIT, every order is crafted with intention and shipped with care. Because our chocolate is perishable and made in small batches, all sales are final.
That said — if your order never arrives, we’ll make it right.
If Your Package Doesn’t Arrive
If your order hasn’t been delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 4 days of the expected delivery date at [your email address] and include:
Your name
Order number
Shipping address
We will verify the shipment with the carrier. If tracking confirms the package was not delivered, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please Note:
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are not eligible for a refund.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Carrier delays due to weather or other circumstances are outside of our control.
We stand behind what we make — and we stand by our policy.
